  a. ask their health care providers if they should have both drug dosages decreased.
  b. get a lower propylthiouracil (PTU) dose than is usually prescribed.
  c. discuss with health care provider about having the oral anticoagulant dose decreased.
  d. discuss with health care provider about having the oral anticoagulant dose increased.
