A(-3,y) means that x=-3. So, you have 3*(-3) -5y= 11 and you solve for y:
-9 -5y= 11 <=> -5y = 20 <=> y= -4.  So A(-3,-4)

B(x,2) y=2 so we have: 3x -5*2=11 and we solve for x:
3x -10= 11 <=> 3x = 21 <=> x= 7 So B(7,2)
