What is the major problem in making forecasts about the availability of jobs in certain occupations?

  a) Employers conceal or distort information concerning the number of people they expect to hire or lay off.
  b) Assumptions by which labor trends are made are usually wrong because the actions of people can never be predicted.
  c) The time lag between the collection of employment data and getting it into print and widely known.
  d) Experts almost always disagree on the numbers of jobs projected for given occupations.
