What happens in a National FFA Extemporaneous Speaking CDE if there is a tie?

If there is a tie, the participant with the greatest number of low ranks is declared the winner. If a tie still exists, the event superintendent ranks the participants' responses to questions. The participant with the lowest ranking from the responses to questions is declared the winner. If a tie still exists, the participants' raw scores are totalled, and the participant with the greatest total of raw points is declared the winner.
