So I have a list of diseases and I need to make a gene map that shows the loci, enhancers, promoters, exons, introns, and termination sequences. I only know how to find the loci kind of. I've looked in my textbook and at videos online but I cannot figure this out.  One of my diseases is Achondroplasia, but I am only able to find the loci but nothing else. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi tyche303, welcome to the forum

How are you finding the loci for this? Could you link me to the website?

Generally, enhancers and promoters are found upstream from the start of the gene. The termination sequence is usually rich in GC nucleotides; this is a common termination sequence containing an inverted repeat and a central non-repeating segment.

I can help you find all these once you update me with a link to the gene...
