silicon dioxide has a molar mass of 60.08 g/mol

Take 39.2g and multiply it by 1g / 60.08 mol

\(39.2\ g\times \frac{1\ mol}{60.08\ g}=0.6524\ mol\)

Or... simply 0.652 moles to the correct number of significant digits
