H- \(\rightarrow\) Means it gained an electron, hence it becomes like Helium
Na+ \(\rightarrow\) Means it lost an electron, hence it becomes like Neon
P3- \(\rightarrow\) Means it gained 3 electrons, hence it becomes like Argon
V5+ \(\rightarrow\) Do the electron configuration, you'll see that removing the outer electrons makes it become like Argon.

This is the logic I used
