I had been planning to go to Pharmacy school, but with the one-two punch of ever-increasing student loans and college burnout, I at least want to take some time off once I graduate from college.

Based on your interest I'd suggest you look into pharmaceutical sales.  There are jobs available for new grads and if you're any good you could earn a six figure salary your first year.

Well, you could always go to Med. School and become a physician. There is this government program, where if you work at one of the hospitals they have listed then they will help you repay you loans, and if you work there for 5+ years they will repay ALL of your loans for you.
