Rank 1M of these compounds in order of increasing hydrogen ion concentration: weak acid, strong acid, strong base, weak base.

A quick way to figure this out is to think of the pH scale.  You probably already know that the pH scale goes from 0 - 14 and from acids - neutral - bases.  Also, the strongest acidic measurement corresponds with a pH of 0 and the strongest basic measurement corresponds with a pH of 14.  Therefore, it makes sense for the weak acids and weak bases to be closer to neutral.  Your answer would be:

strong base -> weak base -> weak acid -> strong acid

in order of increasing hydrogen concentration.
