How is the flagellum of a prokaryote different than the type found on a eukaryote?

i believe the flagellum of a prokaryote acts like a propeller tail at the head of the prokaryote...the tail steers the way for it

in a eukaryote, it is like little hairs (almost like silica) lined around its body to let it sway with moving water and such...

im pretty sure its that.
