I'm not sure where my reasoning is wrong when determining the complementary sequence to an anticodon or codon:

Question 1: Identify the DNA sequence on the DNA matrix strand which when transcribed produces a sequence capable of perfectly hybridizing to the anticodon GUC.

I assume the anticodon is written 5' GUC 3', which is the same as 3' CUG 5'. The complementary 5' to 3' sequence would be 5' GAC 3'. Bu the correct answer is ATC.

Question 2: Identify the anticodon matching the amino acid serine.

The possible codons for serine are (5' to 3') UCU, UCG, UCA, UCC. The complementary anticodon would be 3' AG_ 5', or 5' _GA 3'. But the correct answer is CGU.

I'm not sure where my reasoning is wrong. Thank you.
