In aromatic amide, the lone pair of nitrogen is dispersed over the aromatic ring, thus decreasing the electron density on nitrogen. That's why it is weaker base than aliphatic amine.

All amines are stronger bases than amides.
The other answer is completely correct explaining the basicities of amines.
