I don't necessarily need the answers I just need to know how to set up the equation. Here is my info:
Number HH-0
Number Hh-2
Number hh-10
Number of H alleles-2
Number of h alleles-22
Total # of alleles-24

I need to know how to get the Frequency of H and h.

Good example here:

In your case you have all the data.  You just need to divide the individual
counts by the total alleles count (freq_H=2/24 and freq_h=22/24).

I don't work in this area, but the way the result is presented in the Wiki
page I think is a bad idea-- the conversion to per cent obscures sample size.
The way I have it shown I think is better because you can get an idea of
the range of uncertainty due to sampling error.  For example I would
believe that freq_H=200/2400 and freq_h=2200/2400 gives a much more
accurate indication for allele frequency than your data even though they
divide out exactly the same.
