The deepest trough in the atlantic is about 10 km deep.
A column of sea water (average density rho = 1030 kg/m^3) will exert a pressure of:

p = rho  g  d = 1030 kg/m^3 * 9.8 m/s^2 * 10000 m = 100,940,000 Pa = 10,094 atm, i.e. appr 10000 bar.
Of course, the average density might be a bit different from the number I gave (of the top of my head) and the depth may be a bit off, but this is the ballpark figure.
