Water (H2O) - Contains 2 H+ (smallest ions in the world) and 1 oxygen.

Iodine (smallest) - It's only I2

Glucose

Membrane pores

Starch

Obviously starch is larger than the pores since it is the only substance that does pass through the membrane. Glucose is the most complex molecule out of the remaining three, (making it 3rd smallest) and IKI is even less complex, and water is the most simple.
