i am not sure if i have to post this at university or high school but i am learning this in high school so..

first I would like to say that i'm not in an English speaking country so there may be some terms that are not the same name in english..i hope you will get what i am trying to say.

so I got this DNA section(only one ladder i guess the name is ) 5'-CTACCTAGCCCCACC-3'

now my questions are: 1)the complementary mRNA that corresponds is 5'-GAUGGAUCGGGGUGG-3' OR              3'-GAUGGAUCGGGGUGG-5'?
2)if I have to say how many aminoacids does the mRNA synthesize do i count the GAU as a STOP codone or just a regular codone because my teacher said that it has to be exactly UAA UAG OR UGA in this order even though it is at the end or at the start...

so my question here would be: does the STOP codone have to be like this? 5'-UAAGCUACCCUAUG-3' or does it have to be like this 5'-AAUGCUACCCUGUA-3'

sorry if you are extremely confused by what i just said...i hope someone can explain
