I was wondering if someone would be apple to tell me what the appearence to the 2 bacteria Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa) and Bacilus subtilis (B. subtilis) would appear when they are applied to the following agars- Nutrient Agar, CLED Agar and MacConkeys Agar.
