Would you please tell me how the expression of kanamycin resistance gene was regulated in plasmid pET28a? Great thanks!

What do you mean "how"? Are you asking about the mechanism of action? Generally, the plasmid pET28a (Novagen) carries the T7 promoter, an hexahistidine tag coding sequence, and kanamycin resistance gene.
