I always though that the human body, or anything on Earth, was used to Earth's rotation. Do astronauts feel anything or do they have to prepare for it or what?

That's how we grew up, guy. You spend your whole life on a rotating orb....you get used to it, don't you? Born used to it.  I used to get dizzy and throw up, but I got used to it......the throwing up, I mean.

Due to Einstein's theory of Special Relativity. There is no experiment one can perform to see if he is in motion or not. Ever since you were a zygote in your mothers womb, you were traveling at the same speed as the earth. Astronauts don't feel a difference in movement because the amount they slow down is negligible.
