i didn't let me write the whole question but it's, which organelle converts the chemical energy stored into compounds that are more convenient for the cell to use?

I believe it is the mitochondria. In cellular respiration glucose from food is broken down and through a series of catalyzed reactions, enough energy to produce ATP is released. That ATP is then used to power the cell's functions via phosphorlyation.
