Not much in the way of cropland. It's more rangeland. When I drove on the Guymon (OK) - Dalhart - Tucumcari road, the westernmost crops I remember seeing was millet in the Oklahoma panhandle.

The Nothern areas of Texas including the panhandle are mostly rangeland for cattle  You will find Cotton, Corn, & Wheat grown in these regions.
