A) Different mutations in each species lead to large phenotypic differences.

B) Different transcription factors for each species influence gene expression.

C) Differences in the number of chromosomes dramatically influence phenotype.

D) Each difference in the genome cascades to create multiple differences in the phenotype.

E) Small differences in the genome lead to large difference in phenotype.
