Referring to the Protein Digestion by Pepsin experiment, why is an indicator reagent not necessary when using a substrate like BAPNA?
    Indicator reagents are only used to detect the presence of sugars.
    A yellow indicator is designed as part of the synthetic substrate, BAPNA.
    When BAPNA is used, changes in pH are monitored, so a color indicator reagent would not be needed.
