A
A Hgb of 90 g/L is below the normal value of 117 to 155 g/L for women. A low Hgb may cause the potential for oxygenation problems. The surgeon may order blood replacement.
The normal serum creatinine in women is 44 to 97 mol/L. A serum creatinine of 30 mol/L should be reported to the physician, as it can be an indication of renal failure.
A BUN of 3.0 is within normal limits (2.97 to 7.5 mmol/L).
A platelet count of 200  109 is within the normal limits of 150 to 400  109.
