What is a major difference between unipolar and bipolar depression?
 
  a. Bipolar is temporary, while unipolar is for the most part continuous.
  b. Genes for unipolar are found in the frontal lobe, while the ones for bipolar are found in the hippocampus and thyroid.
  c. Mutations in circadian rhythm genes are implicated in bipolar disorder, but do not overlap with those implicated in unipolar disorder.
  d. Men get bipolar depression, while women get unipolar depression.
