Feedback:
The nurse should use the term frequency to describe the condition in which the voiding of urine is more frequent than usual, with no increase in the urine volume. Incontinence is the involuntary loss of urine from the bladder. Dysuria is a painful or burning sensation felt during voiding of urine. Polyuria is an increase in the amount of urine a person voids over a period of time.
