What is the nucleotide sequence of the mRNA strand that is transcribed from the DNA template TACTGCCTCCCCATAAGAATT ?
And what is the amino acid sequence of the polypeptide that is produced from this mRNA strand?

Always 3 bases are one codon which is translated as aminoacid.
Amino Acid Codons: AUG ACG GAG GGG UAU UCU UAA

Aminoacids in protien seq : Met-Thr-Glu-Gly-Tyr-Ser
(UAA-Stop codon)
