A client being treated for major depression is the CEO of her own business. She has received 12
electroconvulsive therapy sessions and has remained in the hospital 4 days after the last treatment
while her SSRI dose was being adjusted.

The client has been counseled not to make a major business
decision for a month. The rationale for this counseling is that
  a. SSRIs may cause confusion related to the limitation of tyramine in the diet.
  b. SSRIs alter catecholamine levels, causing recurrent depressive symptoms.
  c. the client may have temporary memory impairment associated with
  electroconvulsive therapy.
  d. the client needs time to reorient to a pressured work schedule.
