A client meets some of the diagnostic criteria for anorexia nervosa. Despite having lost considerable weight, the client's weight is on the lower end of the normal range. What diagnosis would be given to this client according to the DSM-IV-TR?
 
  A) Anorexia nervosa
  B) Risk for anorexia nervosa
  C) No diagnosis if weight is in normal range
  D) Eating disorder not otherwise specified (NOS)
