The nurse is evaluating a client diagnosed with a dissociative disorder for discharge criteria. A statement made by the client indicating that discharge criteria have been met would be:

  1. I am sleeping 2-3 hours at night before I wake up.
  2. I will not change my medicines without contacting the doctor.
  3. I am not sure I can live with these symptoms.
  4. I think the doctor might be hiding my real diagnosis from me.
