Mary and Liz are both harassed by their manager. The manager tends to make inappropriate remarks and even sexual propositions at the end of their shifts. Mary is quite annoyed, but tends to flirt back with the manager in order to avoid conflict. Liz, however, ignores the manager and does not see him as a threat to her being successful at work.
