Erin, a first-year elementary teacher, just finished her first week teaching first grade. She is tired but happy, and she thinks it went well, although she experienced a lot of stress and was frazzled frequently.
 
  The following week, Erin decides to use one of her open periods to sit in on the class of a more experienced teacher. She chooses Eileen's class. Eileen has been a teacher for 25 years and has the reputation of being the best teacher in the school.
