The easiest way to make a 7493 4-bit binary counter count 0 to 7 is to
 
  A) tie the input to Clock 1 and don't use the first flip-flop.
  B) tie output Q2 to the reset inputs.
  C) tie the input to Clock 0 and don't use the remaining flip-flops.
  D) tie output Q3 to the reset inputs.
