  A) Both of the MR lines must be tied HIGH, and the input must be tied to Clock 1.
  B) One of the MR lines must be tied HIGH, and the input must be tied to Clock 0.
  C) Both clock inputs must be tied to the same input, and MR grounded.
  D) The Q0 output must be tied to the Clock 1, the clock input must be tied to Clock 0, and MR must be grounded.
