A patient is to receive testosterone therapy via a transdermal patch. He asks the nurse, Why am I getting a patch? Can't I just take a pill? Which response by the nurse is correct?
 
  a. The patch reduces the incidence of side effects.
  b. If you don't take the patch, you will have to have injections instead.
  c. The patch allows for better absorption of the medication.
  d. You will only have to change the patch weekly.
