Many medications have names that sound or look alike. What should a nurse administering two such similar medications do?
 
  a. Check the spelling and name of each medication.
  b. Check the physician's order only.
  c. Ask the team leader to check the order with you.
  d. Ask the patient which one of the medications she takes.
