  The NP should: a. add a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant.
  b. change to dihydroergotamine hydrochloride.
  c. prescribe a -blocker such as propranolol.
  d. prescribe an anticonvulsant such as topiramate.
