The probability of flu symptoms for a person not receiving any treatment is 0.019. In a clinical trial of a new medication, 700 patients were given a course of the medication and 24 of those experienced flu symptoms.

Assuming the medication has no affect on flu symptoms, estimate the probability that at least 24 of 700 people experience flu symptoms. Does this result suggest that the medication can cause flu symptoms as an adverse reaction?
  A) 0.2177; no B) 0.0010; yes C) 0.9976; no D) 0.0024; yes
