Juanita suffered a blunt force trauma to her axillary nerve that resulted in paralysis of the left deltoid muscle. The injury caused limitations in left shoulder movements and atrophy of the del-toid muscle.

She is dealing with issues regarding her body image, and because of the asymmetry of her shoulders, she refuses to go out with her husband. She has come back into OT for a follow-up session. What intervention could the OT practitioner provide to address this body image prob-lem?
  A. Passive shoulder ROM to the left shoulder performed by the husband daily
  B. Fabrication of a foam or thermoplastic pad to be worn under her clothing
  C. Provide her with an arm sling to be worn at least 10 hours a day
  D. Order a custom-fit Jobst garment to reduce edema
