What effect, if any, do you think that a β1-adrenergic receptor agonist would have on the isolated frog heart?

This receptor increases cardiac output by:

1) Increase heart rate in sinoatrial node (SA node) (chronotropic effect)
2) Increase atrial cardiac muscle contractility. (inotropic effect)
3) Increases contractility and automaticity of ventricular cardiac muscle.
4) Increases conduction and automaticity of atrioventricular node (AV node)

An antagonist would do the opposite of those listed above, by preventing it from happening.
