Progressive muscular relaxation technique is a method of deep relaxation that starts with the following step:
 
  A) Pay attention to your breathing, breath slowly through your nose and exhale slowly through your nose.
  B) Tense and relax, proceeding through each muscle group.
  C) Get comfortable, be quiet, and close your eyes.
  D) Clench and release your muscles on each part of your body two or more times.
