According to Inciardi and Goode's Oxycontin: A Prescription for Disaster, Oxycontin
  is dangerous because
 
  a. it was never approved by the FDA.
  b. it was approved by the FDA, but placed in Schedule II of the Controlled Substances Act.
  c. Purdue, Oxycontin's maker, refuses to put a warning label on the drug's package.
  d. four out of five users become addicted to the drug instantly.
