Question on 15 to 20 page paper

I have no idea how to start my "journal article" essay t Crying Face

my professor said to write it like any other type of chemistry journal article.

But the thing is during this semester I performed 5 experiments!!!! Idk how to structure one big one. I've been debating And waisting time on these 2 BC I can't focus without knowing the format first

1. Abstract
2. Intro. List surfactants benefits and any other kid of chemical that was used and their benefits.
3. experiment 1
A. chemicals and synthesis, and another kind of data I gathered from that experiment like uv-vis, and cyclic voltammetry.
4.Experient 2 same as above. And so on..
7. Conclusion
8. Bibliography

Or

Abstract
1. Intro same as intro above
2. Experimental explain all 5 experiments and their reactions
3. Results and discussion on all 5 experiments
4. Conclusion

I just don't know which one!!!! What do you think? Neutral Face

I use that format as well I'm a senior and I'm majoring in biochemistry. What I'm worried about is how to incorporate 5 different experiments in one essay. all have tetrachloroaurate in common but I'm using different surfactants and forms of reducing agents of course each have different results. I don't want it to be confusing for the reader (my professor) so idk which form to use if I should separate each experiment or just do what the link says and just put all data in it's appropriate category.

If they are all interrelated, then talk about them in the introduction, but do it in such a way that summarizes each one. If the experiments were designed to the be related to one another, then it becomes easier. In your results, you could have a subsection for each experiment, but I seriously don't know what your professor stipulated so my advice is very limited.

Good idea. I synthesized anisotropic gold nanoparticles. The only difference was the reducing agent (either done by a chemical or UV-irradiation) and I used different surfactants each time. And when needed I used acetic acid to reduce the pH

In each experiment I used uv-vis, TEM, and cyclic voltammetry as a way to oxidize glucose in a phosphate buffer. I have lots of pictures I provided a picture so you could see, sorry for the quality.

My professor is really laid back he just cares about the science and my results. When we spoke he just said to use any science journal he gave me as a reference. But when I came home I realized the journals I have mention one experiment not 5. And since I'm doing this alone I didn't have anyone to ask. And I don't know anyone who has asked to be in his lab for independent study.
