An SMV cranial projection (Schueller method) with poor positioning demonstrates the mandibu-lar mentum posterior to the ethmoid sinuses. How could the positioning setup be adjusted for an optimal projection to be obtained?
 
  1. Tilt the patient's head toward the left side.
  2. Angle the central ray cephalically.
