Sixteen-year old Jason drank two beers at his graduation party. He thought he was sober enough to drive the 10 miles home.

He got in his car. He did not put on his seat belt and drove off, 20 miles over the posted 40-mile mph speed limit. On the curve, just two miles from home, Jason ran off the road and hit a large oak tree sustaining a severe head injury. When Jason's parents arrived at the hospital, the neurologist told them that Jason suffered a traumatic brain injury to the left hemisphere. He was conscious but could not state his name clearly, was very disfluent, and combative. He also was not able to stand without support or walk. The neurologist is most likely to refer Jason to the following rehabilitation specialists:
  a) The audiologist and speech-language pathologist
  b) The speech-language pathologist and physical therapist
  c) The occupational therapist and pharmacist
  d) The respiratory therapist and speech-language pathologist
