What does fiduciary relationship mean?

  A) The client has confidence in the practitioner based on the expertise, superior knowledge, and education of the practitioner.
  B) The client has more power than the practitioner and can dictate the course of therapy based on his/her superior knowledge of the situation.
  C) The client holds more responsibility since the client must do adequate research into the nature of the professional relationship before engaging with a practitioner.
  D) The client expects the practitioner, as the expert, to solve all of his/her problems, which is the reason why the client is paying the practitioner in the first place.
