Just-in-time training (JITT) is given immediately before it is used so that the least amount of resources is expended in producing the final result. There is a shortened period of time between learning and application. Options for JITT can include the following: 1-hour scheduled classroom sessions; an online video demonstration; or an on-site, show onedo one presentation.
