The nurse explains the level of disability to a patient who was injured in a construction accident that resulted in the loss of both his right arm and right leg. Because this has affected his quality of life and ability to return to his previous employment, he would be classified as being disabled at level:
1.   I.
2.   II.
3.   III.
4.   IV.

The patient is quadriplegic now, so it is IV.
