I ask : Does the fruit turn bad?
She reply : DON'T EAT IT ...  I JUST CUT IT MYSELF
I ask : I want to know whether the fruit turn bad or not, it tastes a bit of bitter.
He reply : STUPID, DON'T EAT IT ...  I BUY THE FRUIT.

They respond negatively to any question, I would like to know on how to analyze their psychological status and they cannot talk rationally, and they get so much emotional feeling.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I guess some people are just naturally negative and feel the need to make others feel bad in order to feel good themselves. It stems from their childhood, perhaps the person's parents responded to each other in a non-loving way. But who are we to judge negativity. Maybe what you perceive as negative is normal in another culture.
