Nursing interventions to help the patient cope with decreased cardiac output includes which of the following?
1.   Dovetail nursing care tasks to allow rest periods for the patient.
2.   Maintain enough cover to prevent patient from shivering.
3.   Turn, cough, deep-breathe, and ambulate every 2 hours to reduce the risk of embolism.
4.   Administer analgesics cautiously.
